The festy clevis is longer and doesn't already have a nut welded on iirc, just take one of the extra lock nuts and weld it to a spacer and weld that to the festy clevis.
If you soak the festy clevis and lock nut in CLR over night, it will strip the zinc coating off for a better weld prep.
Edit: now that I look back at your pictures, the clevis you have on it now is the long style and it isn't zinc coated. You can still soak it to remove the flash rust.

I'll have to weld something up at work for the clevis.
As for the plug I may have to go back to the jy .

A 3/4" longer clevis does the trick. Also, you'll want to plug the hole that has the banjo fitting on it. A spacer can be used in place of the banjo. I used a plug from a Capri master cylinder on mine. If you wander around a salvage yard long enough, you'll find a plug. That hole doesn't have the flare in it, so a typical metric line plug wont work, but if you could find the right thread pitch bolt and a copper sealing washer than your good to go. If you have a spare Capri master cylinder, you can steal the plug from it.

Nice and clean!!!
It will bolt right in but if you want the stock pedal location you will have to lengthen the clevis. Otherwise the pedal will position closer to the floor.

Looking to go purple just can't quite find the color I want.
I picked up a 99 mazda miata booster this weekend for 26 bucks.
I'm hoping this is the one the swaps right in. Picks after install.

Carpet from stockinteriors.com
Stone coating holds up fine but use a good 2k clear I used cheap spray can clear and it faded . I'll be redoing those panels with good automotive clear down the road.
But they still look good for now.

Looks like the build is coming along nicely. I've got a couple of quick questions for you. Were did you get the carpet? I'm assuming that you bought new since you had to trim it down to fit properly. Also, the painted rear interior panels look great, I'm thinking about doing something similar. Has the stone texture with the clear coat held up well so far? Thanks, for any info. I'm planning to fully rebuild the interior of the car I just picked up and you've done some good work on your interior.

Thanks ! That's what I'm going for I drive a lot for work and want it to be comfortable. I'm also going to fallow your coil over setup. I would like this one to be a jack of all trades.
It will get the b6d from my other car and possibly a rear turbo on xr2 electronics to keep it simple for my first turbo build.

Your car is coming along great. Updating all that sound deadening is going to really improve the feel of the car. When I would take people for rides in my b6t car they always said it sounded like the car was going to come apart at those speeds. Lol. I'm used to that sound because race cars have no sound absorption, so it doesn't scare me. The festiva chassis is one of the most rigid consumer car chassis ever produced according to sae documentation. It just seems cheap and flimsy because it's not insulated well. Your car is going to feel like a little Mercedes, without the hefty repair bills.

Escort wagon seats .. same as tracer
They were the closest match to my rear seat. And there much more comfortable. But they don't lay back as far as the stock seats did.

Are those Tracer seats? I have a similar set that I'm installing in Pedro.
