Looks great! That was an exceptionally clean car, and I hated to see it leave our area, but I'm glad to see it in good hands!!

Made a trip to the local u-pull-it for some Escort armrests and map pockets. Also got my console painted and ready to go in.

This is the old door card

Cleaned up a door card with cloth and installed armrest and trimmed down map pocket. I think I have a lead on door cards that don't have the cracked vinyl around the door handle. Will replace these if I get better ones

Not a lot of progress today. Spent some time chasing down a rattle in the hatch area. Did get my order of Rockford Fosgate speakers this week and got them installed today. Used an older Pioneer head unit that I had out of my old Jeep.

I like the armrests and pockets. I'm going to have to keep and eye out for a set the next time I'm at the junk yard.

Finished putting the front EGT seats in tonight

Now I need to get the motivation to mod the EGT rear seat covers onto the Festiva seat. The last time I had done it my wife had re-sewn them but she's dragging her feet this time[emoji53]. I may need to pony up and take it to an upholstery shop this time.

Added some trim to the map pockets that nearly matches the seat trim. I think it looks much better with some color on the doors.

Working great. I see intake temp drops of 30-40*. Weathers been cold when I've driven it but I don't think I've seen more than 70* intake temps after the water meth.
I love how it simplifies and cleans up the engine compartment.

I would expect very little. It'll just allow you to safely run more boost and/or more timing.
The reason I'm running water meth is to allow me to run high boost with no intercooler on a hot summer day. I'm sure I'm gaining very little running it during the winter.
A number of years ago I dynoed my Lightning with water meth and without. Same day, same dyno ,only thing different was no water meth and it dynoed within 5hp.
That was on a cool day and only about 8psi. I don't know if a hot day and/or more boost would have made a bigger difference.

Put it on the Dyno yesterday

Very happy with the #'s it put down. 157HP-146TQ on a Mustang Dyno
This is to my knowledge, a completely stock motor with 2-3/4" exhaust,AEM water/meth,Reich ECU, boost controller set to stock but Boost climbed to 14psi.

Look at the TQ[emoji106] Flat as a tabletop.

Wow, that's excellent! Did you change the ECU? It had a rocket man.

No, Although I'm almost certain Shadetree told me it was a Reich ECU.

Looks like you have an exhaust leak with your turbo gaining at the high end. What spring is your turbo using for the wastegate?

Using stock wastegate actuator. With the larger free flowing exhaust it's just creeping.
