yes I have, with a v6 Mustang... I didn't do well.

one of my old co-workers had one, and that thing was QUICK!!

Also, not all Metros/Swifts were 1.0L 3cyl. About half of them came with a 1.3L 4cyl.

Like xanthinic12 said he doesn't know what the guy had done to his metro. He could have had the 16 valve hundred horsepower 1.3 from the swift gt and a turbo? Or any number of mods. Could have been 3 or 4 cyls. Turbo, na, etc etc Def. worth posting.

Eh I guess I'm too competitive... Just wish we were posting wins against SRT-4's, MS Miatas, WRX's, Mustangs, SVT Focus's, or any number of performance oriented cars. I mean after all isn't the idea of giving your car more power to keep up and race FASTER than cars of the same caliber? I don't know maybe it's just me. I strive for much more than beating another gas mizer no matter how modified it is. -Kyle

Substitute that MS Miata for a Speed3, and yes to all the above. My first day of Festiva fury, I waxed an SRT-4.

And about two weeks ago I had my first pre-arranged race. Some kids modded up EK Civic. B20/B16 frankenstein swap, LSD ITR tranny, all the usual honda crap. I actually took it serious enough to swap the DRs back on and up the boost a bit. We raced from a 40 roll, up to Lord knows what, top of fourth gear for me, and I was ahead by 4-5 car lengths. He had a video camera, but I still haven't gotten the vid from him. Doubt I will, he probably deleted it as soon as he got home :lol: Destroy the evidence!!!!
