Back when my 'stang was still running the 302, it went 12.8 @ 107mph so you definitely have 12 second trap speeds. That's damn impressive.

man that's good as hell to have that as a DD I sure hope mine works that well so is there different parts you change since the swap different axles, different turbo?? Etc.. I'm only wondering cause if I need stuff that works better for my swap then I want it I'd rather do it right the first time

yOu know another trick that works pretty good when you pull the ebrake up and u end ul just draggin te rear end u get a 2 liter bottle punch holes in the cap fill it with water and a coupe dabs of soap and spray the front of the tire and on the ground right before the burn out and light"em up u should spin good and get real sticky

it was in a watered down burn out box with the e brake up... the tires did drag... its an nhra track... im sure they wont let me soap the tires

Are you doing your burnout in 2nd? You need to do it in 2nd in order to get enough wheel speed to grt the slicks hot!! I pull the brake and rev it up to 5000 and pop the clutch.

has any one tried just taking off in 2nd? i was trying the other day on a wet road and it just spun the tires... do you think a g series clutch 6 puck sprung ceramic can handle it on dry pavement?

8 psi in slicks is perfect. spin the tires in the water box than yank the shiz out of the E-brake do a second gear burnt out( if your clutch can handle it that is ) and pre-load the trans at the line using the e-brake and slipping the clutch just right. when the lights change drop the clutch and bam skippy! hope your trans doesnt fall right onto the track
