    50/50? really?

Everyone with legit confirmed numbers lists their combos anyway, so someone with a similar car should get close. If they don't, then that is something to discuss in the other area.

I fail to see how N2O is 'not even close' to being N/A.

If someone had a diesel powered festy, would that not be N/A? What about ethanol? Why should adding nitrous to your fuel in the chamber be any different than other fuels? Is it because it has a separate bottle? Are fuel cells now an automatic 'boosted' pre-requisite? Is it because it goes in with the air? Should we ban ram-air intakes? What about K&N filters? They sure help the intake get more power! BAN THEM ALL!

Ram air and modded intakes are still naturally asperated not mechanicaly or chemecly forced induction. Liquid fule has nothing to do with asperation "breathing"

I dont jnow much about track rules but in all the real street races I've seen or been in you have to pop your trunk and hood before and after the race to check for spray and its not cool or a good outcome if you say your all motor and your spraying because your not all motor

Diesel & ethanol are both your primary source of fuel. Both are considered N/A.
But if you start injecting water or even propane into your fuel you loose the label of being N/A. Both are considered power adders.

This is where my comments about 1 & 2 come in.
You don't want to say your "all motor" or "N/A" and get caught with a bottle.:nono:

If the fastest time gets bumped by a guy on the bottle he's done a great thing. Not just any slapped together car can do it--reliably. I'd want to see his name bumped by a turbo the very next weekend but that is just a personal bias

But i always like being the one with a N/A car bumping out all the guys with power adders.
Now you have to respect a N/A car that can do that.

^^ got that right that's part of the reason why I once considered an N/A build with ITB's but then I figured screw and throw a turbo in it

                  1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
                  1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

The credit card companies also respect the guys who buy a BP stroker assembly to take a crack at the 12's N/A too. Anyway I dont wanna veer this too bad over personal preferences. I voted bottle is not N/A.

I LIKE MY RACE CARS TO BE N/A..

BUT MY GSXR 1000 IS MAKING 9# BOOST (TURBO)
& THE TALON IS MAKING 24# OF BOOST (TURBO)
THEN THE LIGHTNING IS MAKING 12+# BOOST (SUPERCHARGED)

I DO LOVE PLAYING WITH BOOST THO!

No offense BM,but after reading your post. I've come to the conclusion that you dont know what Nitrous is.I'll give a hint,it's not a fuel. Its not even close to being a fuel.
                        Ban a K&N ? Please

I know we dont really dont have anyone thats really running NOS serious. But now we look like we are prepared properly . And I TOTALLY understand why it was the way it was Kid. I used to operate a Nitro RC track. And sometimes you'd have to group two classes together.Didnt always make friends. But it helped the overall cause.

I know what it is. Its a non-flammable gas (N2O) compressed into a liquid in a bottle, than fogged (with or without fuel) into the air intake or the fuel rail, than splits apart during combustion which gives off lots of extra O2 and burns 'more.'

I was comparing it with a fuel to make a point. You can't run a car off nitrous, but you can't run one on pure crude oil either. It needs to me mixed in.
