Please travel to germany. Drive your car on a german no-limit heavy traffic "Autobahn" and have fun. Street racing around the clock. Especially those Audi-BMW-Porscha fanboys will give you run for the money. No safety-distance at 200 Km/h and up. And I mean you can drive WOT along as there is no speedlimit(rarely).

    Dangerous streetracing par excellence.

BUT: two younger guys in their VW Corrado VR6 Turbo and Opel Astra GSI Turbo made a little "streetracing" outside the big city in an industrial area with aprox. a mile lenght with absolutely no traffic or people on the street (a rabbit is the only viewer of this "race"). One off the guys crashed in a street lamp, because a tire explodes.

Dude! Big news! Two young "criminals" and their dangerous cars. huhuuuuuuuuu.

On the other side, on german "Autobahn" there is not a single day without dead people.

    And no one cares.

    Weird world.

I think all Festys, Prides or 121s are a big show. Not only with big engines.

            Very special cars...

I love spirited driving, twisties, a little red light draggin. I don't always do it, I keep myself in check but unfortunately you can't always predict other people do or whats going to happen down the road. Tell you what though I just started driving the 5 speed again and man what a difference as how it pulls vs the 3 speed that feels like a cvt.

I used to attend all the Milwaukee street races with my festiva. Why? Its free and the rush of running from the police. We have 5-6 spots around the Milwaukee area, we go from spot to spot usually getting busted everywhere eventually. The cops simply just tell us to leave. All these spots have been around since the 50's.

6 car pile up in Orlando lastnight left 1 guy critically injured. Street racing.

I got caught pulling on 2 rx8's one night. The other guys ran, I stopped. $1,500 for a lawyer 3 months probation. I told the judge I sold the car to spare me from having it taken. The court wasn't after the car they wanted me in jail for 3 months. It's not really worth it.

Also a guy was walking across the street and got hit by a taxi and killed lastnight. The taxi driver was uncharged. Just goes to show, people get into "accidents" everyday. People street race everyday. Not everyday does someone die or get hurt. The outcome is never the same.

Should we ban walking across the street now or driving at night?

I've had several wrecks. None were while pushing it, and one was pulling out of a gas station. And I've dodged tons of possibles. Old people can't drive here for sewage floaters.

I'm such a relaxed person that if I'm not pushing it I wreck, I guess. Perhaps I should start street racing for my own good.
Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.
