            ^^Hey Nate, isn't yours an 88? How are you gonna connect the tube up from the next to the carb. Just wondering, cause replacing mine was about 140 bucks. :roll:

                no mines a 91. They have other converters w/ the tube for around #60 IIRC, also i think that tube can just be capped off if you want but i'm not 100% sure. May give you smog issues if they have sniff tests in your area.

                            I put a new on recently , it is a Mario Andretti HP series Magna Flow 2.25" in and out .

                            I remember the guy telling me that the new ones did not have as much precious metal in them as the factory ones do .

                              I would really like to know what it is that makes this a money making operation. These buyers of the scrap cats are spending $100 and more per cat. converter and they seem to be glad to do it. So where or how can I process my converter and bypass the middle man?
