I've always removed rear headrests from my cars anyway. They just block your view!

I don't believe the mounting tubes are part of the rear seat frame for North America.
I believe we could cut out and weld some in from the front seats. Here is a better shot of the headrests. Can someone from Australia tell us if the rear headrests are adjustable up and down, like the front ones?

Re: Rare Parts
I bet they are. Everything else about these cars is pretty much the same, so I'd be willing to bet you would find a place to mount the headrests if you pulled the foam forward. My only question then is, who is so short in the back seat as to need a headrest?

I wonder if our North American rear seat frames are built to accept the headrests?Originally posted by bravekozak View Post

Yes Kia Prides had airbags. You would have to have the Kia Pride steering wheel. I don't know where the trigger was located. Research would need to be done.

just updating also i hear that some models even had airbags too.Originally posted by jawbraeka View Posti'm glad i found this..
those shocks look nice, i wonder if there are floating around at all anymore or something similar to fit into the festiva..
I nearly cried after i saw that 'FESTIVA' badge. i want one badly.
there was also a rare JDM dash glasses case (with closeable (not sure if lockable)lid) that i have seen once before but never again.. yes, a dash case for glasses and other nick knacks.
Electric seatbelts as well as electric windows, power steering and power locks (im presuming 'old school' central locking).

No. When you remove the headliner, there are three braces that are screwed in on either side of the roof. One holds the dome light and is the thickest. The other two, not nearly as much. They are still thick enough (and have ridges) to notch and bore a hole through in order to mount an antenna that would normally tear a hole in the sheetmetal.Originally posted by bravekozak View PostAre you saying the A, B, and C pillars?

Oh yes there is. There are three of them, in fact, one of which I'll be mounting my CB antenna through: the roof support braces. At this point, we have amplified FM aerials though, so maybe a 10-ft whip would be excessive?Originally posted by bravekozak View PostI wish there was a good spot on the Festiva to mount a 10 foot whip antenna. Unfortunately, there isn't.
