hmmm... Doesn't look like a Mazda B-series ECU to me, actually kinda reminds me of the ones in a 1.9 escort... been a while since I've seen one though so I can't say for sure.

Its called an EEC-IV (pronounced EEK four) PCM (Powertrain Control Module). It has 60 pins (pin 1 is power, pins 40 and 60 are ground), this one appears to have been manufactured by Motorola or one of its contractors (vs GTE, who was the other major supplier). Ford used one processor to control the engine and trans, hence the PCM moniker. Like I said, way too much....
