    Call FMS
They do not have their entire inventory on their web site.
Or can source shims from Mazda ask for 323 shims.
Why do you need them, often the existing shims will work with the new bearings and races!

The bearing spacers do not go bad as they are not wear items. The various sizes of spacers are out there to compensate for slight variations in bearings. As PU stated, there is a good chance that the ones you have will work fine.

2000-2002 Kia Rio uses the same spacers in the front hubs.

And there are 21 different shims. It might get pricey buying a full set for each side. I believe they are around $4 each.

The bearings themselves do not vary enough to worry about. The variance that the shims are for is for the machining of the hub. If you use the old shims with the same hub they came from and replace the bearing, the odds are very good that everything will be fine.
