my 71 was black with gold stripes.. 4spd.. mint condition.. Kind of a sad story .. I got it from an older guy who bought it for his son new in late 70 anticipating his discharge from the Marines. His son got killed on duty before he could ever drive it, the guy stored for 8 years only taking it out on Memorial day every year.. I had just turned 18 and he went to our church. He brought it to memorial services in 1980, and I was in LOVE!! I bought it 3 weeks later for 1500 on payments!! 6 Years later a guy offered me 4500.00 for it and I jumped on it.. this was in 86 and I'm still kicking my own ass for that 1... :evil:

i bought a 1990 Festiva blue L-Plus w/ a/c (RIP)

then i bought a 1990 Festiva white (now blue extreme metallic pearl) L-Plus w/ a/c (my #2 Gstiva )

then i bought a 1991 festiva white GL auto ( my #3, added a/c from #5 )

then i bought a 1988 Festiva white LX w/ a/c ( frame rusted, parted out to #2 )

then i bought a 1992 Festiva red GL auto w/ a/c ( my #5, current parts car , no title, runs great, needs suspension work )
