Hello all! Been a long time since I've been here lurking. Hitch is my hitch and worked great. A mechanic at my work (now retired) help me make it up. Don't expect to haul thousands of pounds with a festiva, but for light duty stuff, the festiva worked great! Only thing you'll need is a trailer plug for electrical and a little box that converts the brake lights and tail lights into 1. Its a little box that I bought at a trailer place and wasn't that much. Other than that, just drill 4 holes, bolt her up and GO! :-)SOLD '91 Festiva GL
SOLD '93 Festiva L

I am out of my Festiva Craze. It started with '93 sold it...missed it so I got a '91 Silver with a factory sunroof. Had that car a very short time and then bought a red '91 GL for $100 with only 53,000 miles on it. It needed a trans so I put that in and threw $1,000 in parts at it to make it a really really nice ride. I sold that to a guy at work a couple years ago and he absolutely loves it. I wound up buying the '93 back from the guy I sold at the time I was putting in a trans on my '91 and when I sold the red '91 I sold the Blue '93 to my neighbor. Here's my current Rides:
(Red 2002 is for sale! 31k miles 4 cylinder)
Also have a Tuned Stella & a Helix for Summer Rides.
And this is the very reason below why my Hitch and soo much stuff will be listed on ebay over the next couple months...
Who knows, I may go back to Festivas. I did before, so anythings possible. Right now I'm just on a cleaning spree which was part of an agreement before I went out and got this Bus. See the deal was I won't turn a wrench on the bus until I clean out the crawl space. I'm gonna stick by that caus I do have alot of stuff and I do need to thin alot out. Bus Needs a transmission and I am so damn anxious to tackle the job. Good thing its cold out!SOLD '91 Festiva GL

Yes, I doubt if he'll ever be over the Festiva craze. He'll miss it too much. There is nothing wrong with being addicted to something that is actually good for you. Saving money on Gas, Insurance, and repairs is all good. He'll be back- Mark my words - LOL! Viva, Festiva!

You never know, I probably will be back...It just might be a mid life crisis when Gas is so scarce its worth its weight in GOLD! But hey, I'll have a nice shiny restored '93 GL sittin' in my driveway! Only other one to exist will be in a museum somewhere, unless you guys hang onto yours for years to come! I'm just gonna move forward and do some serious cleaning out of my stuff for now...SOLD '91 Festiva GL
