why not Jet-Hot or other ceramic coating? Powdercoat is only good up to about 450 degF for short times. A header will reach 600 degF +, for extended periods.

I don't know exactly what a CNC is or what you're capable of doing at the shop so this might sound stupid...but...How about a larger bolt up throttle body for the b3.

I second the vote for a rear disc brake bracket for bolting up escort gt discs and calipers.

Here is a strut brace he is taking about, but i was thinking of a c pillar bar

If you can make something like this for a festivva you'd be the bee's knees'

adjustable strut towers would be nice since our cars never came with any camber adjustability really... ive actually thought about trying to make a pair of those since someone ages ago posted an autocad pic of a design, ill see if i can source it up.

So it looks like the G-Series mount or the Rear Disc bracket are up on the list. I'm gonna have to take a look at the way these have been done and see what it would mean to create out-of-the-box mounts.

please do....there is a wonderfull thread on this subject and the no crossmember gimmik is a real tight option....gaining the extra clearence is critical with these lil bombers...

CNC=Computer Numerical Control.....Capable....depends on the machine and the user....by todays standards...unlimited.

I'd like to have G-Series Trans Mount & engine mount for this tranny too, front and rear strut tower bar.

i think the egt rear brake bracket would be a good one to start out with. i would buy a pair, it would save so much time.

I have one. It connects the top of both shock towers. There was a member on the forum who used to make them, but i don't even know if he is around anymore. There was not much demand for them back when he was making them. I can get pictures of it if anybody is interested. It is not some thing you need a CNC machine for.
Can you send some picture of your rear strut bar ?
