driver side seat belt dosent work. was wondering where to get a new one and how to replace it

Hey there, and welcome to the site!
for future reference, please be more specific about the year and model of the car (mine is an '88 L+, carb, 4-speed, for example).
and what part of the seat belt isn't working? is it the motorized belts or the manual belts?

Could be the box under the drivers seat, but then again it could be the motor itself on the belt assembly too.---------------------------------------------------
