Sorry to hear about the accident dirt. Im surprized there isnt more damage to the rear. Most of the rear bumper beams Ive seen are pretty well rusted out and I wouldnt think they would provide much protection.

x2 to "its a good thing the BMW was there as a buffer!" the explorer would have done a lot more damage as a direct hit.
I hate SUV's and their drivers.
get better, then fix the car. and get some stronger seats! (i'm not to worried about it personally, but some of the "larger" folks may need something a bit stronger )

lol...I agree with Nate....the seats are flimsy for us larger folk.
Well after 4 hours at the hospital they determined that it is neck and back strain. They were mostly worried about my neck. Took all kinds of x-rays of it. Said that it was your classic whiplash. Also said it will get worse before it gets better....yippie!

whiplash sucks happen to me and my wife when we had an accident in our 94 swift gt. Use good heating pad ((the ones you stick in the microwave)) for nights and during the day hot and ice pads, also take some kind of tylenol or which ever pain medicene fits you. Will last you like 1 week or 2 hope you feel better and glad you came out alive.
