For height, yes they'll fit. Width, they should but it'll be a tight fit. You'll need the perfect offset (try various spacers) and you'll probably need to do something with the fenders.

If you can make them work, it'll look good!

yeah they fit perfect on the back but the front will be a whole different story... i might have to raise it up a bit and also if i get them he said he would give me his gray MOMO steering wheel i have been after... but so what all would have to be done if i got these...?

can someone tell me the exact things i have to do to get these to fit... or show me a link to a page that tells me i can't find in search but he had a little bad luck and 2 tires popped so i'm getting them momo steering wheel and a exhaust... it's stinks tho cause the tires are going to cost me like 100 a piece to replace..

you could probably put them on there... if you want them to look like 20's and if you just wanted to park it and not go anywhere

Unless the offset on the rim is some ridiculous number, I think they'll fit. 205/40-16 is shorter than 195/50-15 and 185/60-14 (and 175/70-13). These sizes have been used on many Festivas. The only thing with the tires you have is that 205mm is just over 8 inches wide. That is about the limit for width. If you don't lower it (much) they should work.

195/55-14 is just about the same height and just a touch narrower and this size fits fine (relatively speaking).

well i don't plan on lowering it with them on but i'm rather worried about being able to turn and i'm not sure how to find out the off set...

If they were designed to fit a Honda (and if the manufacturer used the factory offset) the offset is +45mm.

you find the offset by placing a strait edge on the back side of the wheel, on the lip where the tire mounts, and measure from that plane to the mounting surface of the wheel.
