    Considering the cost to produce both NaOH and Aluminum, it might still be cheaper to produce hydrogen via electrolysis.
    I still question the need for hydrogen at all in boosting an ICE's economy numbers, given the fact that the biasing of the O2 sensor produces a lean burning mixture.
    We just need to keep the cylinder temps in check, no hydrogen needed.
    Water injection will work just fine!

      and by the way...I was told here that the curbed engines on Festi's are still controlled by the computer. In fact, if you check on your carbed exhaust manifold, there's am O2 sensor. The computer does control the fuel input into the carb or jet (close enough) Also, the O2 sensor doesnt sense a rich mixture with HHO because it doesnt burn like a regular gasoline, therefore it will add more fuel to the deal....and you will burn more screwing up your MPG's
