  • What should I grab off an Escort GT?

There are a couple lying around in the local junkyard and I feel like there must be something from the car that could help me put a B6T in my Festiva or could sell to someone else. What parts from these cars are desirable?

engine tranny, intermidiate shaft, harness ecu, shifter maybe, basically anything that could be used to swap the motor into a festy
is not sposed ta do that...
    05 subaru legacy gt
1991 nissan nx2000(almost awesome as a festiva, my first failed mtx)
1988(?) festiva LX 5spd (rescued from crusher, aspire swap done, working on turbocharging the 1.3...)

the intermediate shaft will not work you don't need the harness to swap in the engine, just a couple connectors, although if it's a standard, grab the ECU, tranny, axles

      1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
      1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

If 96 or earlier....2 or 3 door model....both the driver and passenger side automatic seat belt tracks and motorm. They self destruct....nearly impossible to locate and they sell on e-bay for a small fortune.

front calipers and rotors will work when transfered over the aspire brake swap. You will have to run 14" wheels minimum. The brake booster should work because the protege one does.
