I got my first in 91 but she's been loooong gone. I've had a a string of 15 since then. I've always had at least 1 festiva since then except for a total of maybe 1 year. Owned my 88 Festiva since sometime in 1990 when it only had 50MILES ON IT. So owned it probably about 18 years. Had other good MPG cars but Festiva was the best. So I most often drove the other cars, leaving Festiva for the $3.50 to $4 per gallon gas. With sparkplug wires & timing belt change now around 80,000 miles, Festiva gives 50+MPG.
