No.1 rule about boring an engine.....don't even consider any size until rings and piston are in hand. For most enginge mid 1980 and later....over size pistons and rings are hard to come by. There are a bunch of custom ring houses...not cheap....but pistons just are not that easy to come by.Joe Lutz
