yellow is a pretty awesome festiva color IMO. Good luck!
I just got back from the DMV with they guy and they told us to mail it to her, get it signed, and have it mailed back.
So I sent it to her with UPS and it cost me $50 round trip. But, he is taking $50 of the price of the car.
So, I should be able to call myself a Festiva Owner in about a week.
What do you think I should do to it first?
I was thinking that the suspension needs replacement. Then some new tires. And last, tint the windows. If I get the really dark It would look really sweet with the yellow paint.

Tires if it needs them and if it has been sitting....check the brakes bearings e-brake mechanisk in the drums.
Cap, rotor, plugs, wires, oil change. If all that is good...Tint the windows and call it a day.
Then when really start to wonder what to do to it...go to the custom engine and suspension forum and read up."FLTG4LIFE" @FINALLEVEL , "PBH"

I'm with Genevadirt on the suspension, except for possibly the anti-sway bar bushings which seem to deteriorate under all conditions.
Just a guess, but in Vegas I'll bet the e-brake is just fine.

Actually Matt the "wouldn't you be afraid to put miles on it then!" was for stevewl64!
Stevewl1164, if you had this one you could drive for 65K or so miles without worrying it will go over 100K!'93 Blue 5spd 230K(down for clutch and overall maintanence)
