  • How to change fender?

    I have a dent on my front left fender. i found a festiva in a junkyard with a clean looking fender. how do they come off?

    two or three 10mm bolts in the door well, maybe two on the bottom of the fender behind the wheel. 3-4 on top of the fender, (under the hood). and i think some screws that run up through the bumper into the fender. might be some small screws near the back or the wheel well. i think thats about it. should only need a phillips and a 10mm socket.

      cubstiva1 has got it.
      Take some PB Blaster for the screws in the wheel well!
      And a little on the bolts wouldn't hurt either!
      Also, if the dent isn't bad save that fender.

        I agree with Pu241, if possible spray all the bolts and screws the night before. I did when I replaced mine and it made it so nice and easy.

          Yea it sucks. Last owner did. I would never abuse my festy.
