As you all know, we recently had to do a bunch of stuff regarding engineering in preperation for registration.
Of the 9 things in the list, 8 are done.
The BOV has been blumbed back
Harnesses replaced with lap sash belts
Stock steering wheel is on (till rego is complete)
Gear shifter has the selector pattern on it
Seat reclining handles have been modified
Front suspension raised
15" by 5.5" steelies on (again - till passed)
and Speedo calibrated
The last thing on the list was an emissions test. This will be happening today at 10:20 (an hour from now!)
I have given the car a quick once-over so ?????? we'll see.
Major issue (might be) if the car DOES NOT pass, bookings are not taken less than 3 weeks in advance, so this might be a long process.
However, it gives me another chance to get some long overdue road use- even though it's BUCKETING down.
Meh - I don't care I get to LEGALLY drive it! Yay!
