HAHA!! that'd only make her a nine in my book. If it was a 5 spd, then yes, a 10, maybe even an 11

Well, like i was saying before, once she understands the basics of driving, I am going to look into swapping out for a 5 speed, until then, the auto will have to do. Oh, is there a 4 speed automatic that could be swapped into it? Just a thought.

I thought I heard somewhere that the MX3 auto would fit? Isn't that a 4spd? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I wish I could find one like that, great looking car.....
Aspires and Sways all around, Miata B6 installed, KYB G2Rs just installed in front. Wish for coil overs someday.

$750, and she wanted $1000 first, I told her all I could do was $750. I gave her my number, and went home. 4 or so hours later, she called and said $750 was fine. I went and picked it up, and drove home with a nice little ride. Not too bad eh?

Thanks, I always deal on cars, I got my 2001 Protege with 9,000 miles on it for $9,000 out the door, back in 2002, they were asking $16,000. I was at the dealer for 6 hours, and I had to "leave" 3 times. That was my crowning achievment. I always help friends when it comes to buying cars. Right now is a total buyers market too...lol

Nice car Zookie, I also went to look at that one in Palo Alto. I would have bought it if it had a 5 speed although I do not need another car. I am happy to see that it went to a good home

From what I recall the car could use new boots on the steering rack and the CV joints because they are all split, and a set of shocks for the bouncy rear end. ...and maybe a valve cover gasket if that is the source of the oil leak above the transimission. These are all very minor things and the car was certainly worth every bit of your sale price. congrats!
I'm going to come at you like a spider monkey!
