The rim size is listed on the Cragar website as "13X5.5" but there's two bolt patterns, they have "4X4.25" and "4X4.5" which one of these would be for an aspire swapped Fest?

i would use mothers chrome polish or even better use blue magic metal poish, made just for that and will put a protective coat on it like a wax would,i use it all the time on mine, never had any rust yet! try walmart,or local auto parts store, will make chrome look like new
only use steel whool on heavy rusted spots, it will put light scratches on it,trust me,found that out quick lol. and still use the polish afterwards.buff it in real good, let dry for a min, buff off with a dry micro fiber towel.

The ones in the first pic are for a rear wheel drive car. The holes for the bolts look oval like they were ran loose. Or maybe there a universal but I wouldnt trust them.

Neither. The Aspire has a 4x100mm Bolt Pattern. 100mm is 3.94"

          4.25" is 108mm

          4.5" is 114.3mm

These rims were made in chrome and in painted center's, usually black or gold
Had some on my 1980 Bronco, Black and chrome. After I bent one in an off road adventure I bought a NEW one and it was'nt made by Crager. I wanna say American Racing?
