festiva egt harness

    I stick it out with the festiva harness. Figure out what's wrong and hook it up properly. The escort and festiva body harness are probably too different and you'll have a heck of a time fitting it in. Now if you just do the engine harness it may be easier but it won't solve all the problems your having.

      I used the egt engine harness. Was pretty straight forward. Make sure the all the constant/switched powers and grounds are hooked up right, and thats pretty much it. I also used the egt underhood fuse/relay box. You can either bundle up the festiva harness and tie it up inside the fender or cut out all the no longer used wires, as I did. The egt harness was then run through the fender, under the dash and I have the comp behind my center console. I left the festiva comp in place. Since you will no longer be getting a signal to the fuel pump relay you need to either jump the relay connector or run a wire from the vaf to the relay like the original setup.
