NEW parts??? whats that????? I don't think you can buy a new tranny anywhere or any hard parts like that... and rebuilt would be waaaay expensive.
seals and "common hardware" are only the brand new things you can get...

speaking of wiring, it is very easy for the auto-manual swap.. depends if you put the 4 or the 5 spd tranny in...

Been there done it. You will need the clutch brake pedal assy, clutch cable, shifter linkage, tranny mounted clutch cable bracket, manual tranny, shifter boot, etc. You will also have to also rig up your auto ignition or replace it.

Not much detail on that specific swap but changed this car from auto to five speed. Thank goodness ! I wouldnt waste my time on a auto to four speed swap, they both suffer from the same low gear problem.

I've never done one myself because i always snag the manual festivas! I can't be hard because Marcus did it!!! J/K I couldn't see it costing more than 250-300 if you buy a trans, new clutch kit, pedals, cable, and shifter linkage......the rest is just labor.
