Who's more right??

Hey everyone, last night I came home to find my brother, his fiance, and my parents sitting in front of the house all chattin, no problem, then I talk to them for a little bit, all fun and all, then my brother goes, hey, let me drive the festy! I was like, ok, just don't kill it! (my brother is one of those who doesn't find festivas worth while) then he get's in the driver's seat, I get in the passenger seat, then he backs it up, and pulls a little forward, and stops right in front of everyone and stops. Then he gives it a huge load of gas and drops the clutch and we go flying down the driveway, sounded like the engine was about to blow, I look over at him, and uncontrollingly, I hit him a few times in the shoulder and yelled at him for beating on my car. Then he was completley PO'd at me.

Do you think I had the right to hit him, or does he have the right to be that mad at me?

I would have pushed him out the door whether it was stopped or not. It should be you thats mad at him.

Of course! Nobody bags somebody else's car without direct expressed consent. I'm sure that falls under the unspoken rules of mankind.

I think its a man-law, something about not thrashing on a fellow mans ride, unless consent is given. I think that the direct consequence to this is messing with his ride. Stealing a battery cable works, as well as pulling all of the plug wires off (it's a pain, trying to figure out what plug goes where), putting the car on blocks and stealing his rims, pulling fuses for stuff like lights, power windows, radio, A/C work.

Basically, it all boils down to being a PITA, but don't do anything that would cost alot of money...
