Z is for the spareIn the 90's we had Clinton in office. We also had Bob Hope and Johnny Cash. Now we have Obama in office and we have no Hope and no Cash.

X: still has me thinking....that narrow end looks like it has a barb for a vacuum hose. But if it was in the vac circuit it would not be white polypropyline...is it the float from the fuel pump.

It looks like a kind of a "tie-down" apparatus. With a locking twist deal knob ?
Like a roof rail tie-down thingy that station wagons and minivans had, or have ? What the heck do they call them.....jeez, why can't I remember stuff anymore ??
