  • You got the location right but whats its purpose. I dont think Ive seen one before.

    • ^^^ that one goes between the inlet and outlet pipes of the heater core and seals up the heater box. Not sure on the item before that, the frame watchamathingy, but I think it's only there to protect the duct work.

        I figured you get that one having replaced your heater core. Not sure anyone else would have got it. Protect the duct work from what !!! Its pretty heavy duty. :shock: Besides that duct is tucked way up under the dash anyway.

          The big duct is rather flimsy and goes through the middle of the frame. Duct is protected from wayward feet etc.

          • I dont know... someone would have to be double jointed in the knees. Looks like it has a plate on it for mounting something. Maybe its for the super ultra rare under dash tray. 8^)
