            hydraulic vs. cable clutch

A hydraulic clutch works like your brakes, when you push on the clutch pedal a pushrod on the pedal pushes in on the clutch master cylinder and forces fluid to the slave cylinder that's on the tranny and it causes it to disengage.
A cable operated clutch, is easier. The clutch pedal pulls on a cable that's connected to a bracket on the tranny, and that disengages the tranny.

converting to hydro is pretty easy, reworking the pedal was a pain but had to be done lol... you would prolly have more room for a radiator if the front trans mount wasnt so large because it fits over the slave cyl, i had to remove the rad support right over the crossmember in order to put my mount in there...

all in all though, i have to admit when ive got it setup right it doesnt even feel any different than the cable clutch... not to mention the power of the bp and the EGT's gearing? im psyched to get this project completed by the end of the week so i can get out there and kick some butt!

he has really good info on there, i used alot of it on my own swap along with matt's page for wiring. only thing i did differently from them was my mounts are solid and i cut and pushed back the frame rail on the driver side for the tranny instead of bash it in lol...
