    You can buy a three foot section of brake line with the double flare and fittings all ready on it. Just bend it my hand to imitate the bends in the original.

      Sounds like a good idea, i heard from some co workers that there was such a thing. Just wondering if its worth my time. Like i have a list of things i know its gonna fail for when it goes thru inspection. And if the mechanic asks more than i want to pay, i will take the list of items and fix them all myself, then give the car back to him to give me a sticker. Its what i did on my last car, and saved $600.00

        Id think it would be worth your time. Uneven front braking on a slick road may not be good for you or the festiva. Shouldnt take very long to do anyway.

                    You can see the bracket in this picture:

                    It's pretty much 3 metal pieces - 2 hook onto the battery tray and bolt onto one that goes across the battery.
