I wouldn't expect that canvas would be expensive. An automotive upholstery shop should be able to make an exact copy. It doesn't look incredibly detailed, and maybe you could even double up on the canvas around the rails.

Overseas mainly if you want OEM. Domestically they are very rare.
Aftermarket is about $500 before labor
