It's a Holley four barrel. Looks like it might be off a truck or industrial application with the built-in governor.
There's a part number and build date stamped on the front of the air horn.

Tony the number's on the choke housing will tell what the carb came off. Try calling Summits tech line 1-800-230-3030 the can tell you.

Its a "industrial" carb off of a dump truck or something along those lines. It should be a 450-500cfm. There's nothing you can do with them but toss in the garbage.
