It's a Holley four barrel. Looks like it might be off a truck or industrial application with the built-in governor.
There's a part number and build date stamped on the front of the air horn. -
the 6510 stamp screams holly to meTrees aren't kind to me...

Tony the number's on the choke housing will tell what the carb came off. Try calling Summits tech line 1-800-230-3030 the can tell you.Comment

Its a "industrial" carb off of a dump truck or something along those lines. It should be a 450-500cfm. There's nothing you can do with them but toss in the garbage.96 Pontiac Firehawk # 48.. 383 stroker
