Yeah, I think I'll get 8 leaf blowers and mount them in-line to get 8 PSI of boost. Whaddaya think, Greg? Good idea?
Edit: maybe mount them on the roof?

I'd get one fo those jumper blowers and mount a inverter in the back to supply the power. Then you'll be that 8psi!

Do the festy. But instead of a rear mounted turbo, do a rear mounted leaf blower.

Seriously, rear turbo Festivas have been done (eurotiva), but how many rear turbo 323's do you know of?

Do the festy first, and use a kkk ko3. They're cheap and plentiful, it will spool very fast.
Get your hands on some extra b6 injectors, the harness/plugs and a b61k ecm.
                Do it like this:

Then when you love it, you can just swap it onto the 323, or make up another one just like it!
It will make you a sexual tyrannosarus, just like me!

Sounds good. But I must correct you--you are most likely only half the sexual tyrannosaurus (whatever that is) that I am .

                    OK, an update:
Talked to Greg today, and we decided to both do a motor swap and rear-turbo on my blue Festy (cleverly named Blue). He has a B6 laying around looking for a home, and we're* gonna stick that in and rear-turbo it. Probably about 130 HP.

Oooooohhh, this is exciting! Should still get very decent mileage but have gobs of power!

                    * This means he will do most of the work while I stand there slack-jawed and hand him tools.
