Well all - It's that time again... What are you going to do with your tax refund from the government?
I got bit last year from the way I filled out my W4... Luckily we had that $8,000 tax credit that worked in my favor. Without that, I would've ended up paying in $77.00... So after that, I changed my witholding amounts.
Filed online last night and looks like I'll get a return of $1,702. The best part? It was "accepted" by the government this AM, so it should be into my account the first week of February!
As far as how it's going to be spent:
1. Pay off debt to dad ($650~)
2. Personal taxes ($300)
3. Pay for a portion of the fenders for my Jeep
I had an incident which involved my fender flare ripping off at 50 MPH on my way home from lunch the other week... So I've been running flareless, except PA laws don't like that much. Instead of dripping $400 on another set of flares that will crack, break, or do the same thing in 2 years, I'm going to invest into flat tube fenders (plus - they look SICK).
MetalCloak tube fenders... Undecided if I want to go with a 4" or 6" flare... But both of them are removable, so I can yank them whenever I want to hit the trails, so that's a huge perk. Front and rears run $1,100... :tard:
