Those fogs are actually really good! They originally had 55w halogen bulbs but I found some 100w ones on ebay

I was on the highway during some really bad snow storms where you couldn't see 5' in front of you. Without them on you couldn't even see the lines on the road. With them on you could at least see the lines!
