Nice turn around, thats what I've done with about the past ummm... thirty or so cars I've owned If you don't mind doing a little work and buying a couple of parts that is I can buy broken down $1200 cars all day long on Craigslist for less than $500, drop a hundred in parts and a weekend worth of labor, drive it till I get bored of it, then double my money Plus it gives me a chance to drive many different vehicles too... already owned over 30 cars and I'm only 24 (and only totalled one lol)

Put some of that money away for when you finally get a chance to get out of CA! Then you'll have fewer problems to begin with in most aspects of your life.

Move to South Dakota, NO INSPECTIONS at all. Only time they look at your car is when they pull you over for an equipment violation.
