        .... After twenty three years, I still have the original radiator hoses from the block to the heater core and I think the main top hose is still original as well. Something does tell me that I did replace the main bottom hose somewere along the way.

          Well, I guess it's a moot point now, since the car is gone, but I wouldn't let the miles bother me. I'd be more concerned with whether the car appears to have been taken care of, or not. My 90 had 270K miles on it when I bought it. Leaked a bit of oil, but nothing major. I put two seals, one gasket, and a set of LCAs on it, and been driving it ever since. Well, splitting the driving between the 90 and the 89. Not to worry, another one will come along. Think of it as fate helping you find a better car.
