What I was thinking of while it was happening ( besides, you no good, cell phone talking, head in the clouds, daydreaming, ozone depleting, road hogging SUV son of a ..) was if I scratch the bumper on my car the insurance company will total it and force a salvage title on me after all the work Ive done to make sure the car is tight and right. Just takes one of the aforemention types to ruin it and they are everywhere. Makes a person want to get a Honda for a DD.

sounds like you need your collection re-appraised for it's actual value and not what some pencile pusher thinks it's worth. And how can they force a salvage title on you when they don't own the vehicle? are you in a state where they have that stupid "no fault" insurance too?

haha ya superiority complex, big truck/SUV syndrome. I really think that a lot of these guys just figure well who cares about this guy, he'll stop or he'll scratch my bumper while totaling his vehicle.

I really hope you can get an appraisal. It'd be an awful shame to lose your car over that. Do they really not give you an option to buy back? I wrote off my first car (Mazda 626) just doing minor damage to the bumper, grille, hood, and headlights hitting a deer. I just took the money not realizing I had the option to buy back, or I'd have never parted with that car.

I like the Caddy Trumpet horns I put on the Vibe (Same ones as this guy). I'd like to try a set of Hella Supertones though.

I usually search eBay with "Jubillee horn".
There's a bull horn going for big bucks right now.

I just got them in the mail yesterday. They are pretty cheap, what do you expect for $6 ? They are make of PVC not metal. I experimented on a couple of location. Id like to have them facing front for best effect but you arent suppose to have them near to much heat ( like the exhaust manifold ). Probably try to mount them this weekend and see what happens.
