factory motorcraft wires are very high quality, which of course is unfortunately reflected in the price.

ive never had wires that fit better than new motorcrafts for any of my engines.

I bought some cheap Duralast wires from Auto Zone, only ones in town in stock, and the coil wire was too short. I wish I could have found some Motorcraft in stock. I've used Magnecor in the past and was happy with them. Here's a great price on some 8.5mm

pretty much any taylor wires are good/great! or u could buy a set of msd wires for a v8 (the cut to legenth style) and make 2 sets for less than 2 normal sets of wires. just gotta find a set with the correct boots.

MSD super conductors. 8.5 mm and only 50 ohms per foot of resistance. thats what i use on my racecar and like festivazoom said, they are cuz to fit so make 2 sets of them!

if you want to get crazy you can buy all the parts you need from MSD and them make your own custom wires that fit PERFECT (if you do it right lol...) i had msd wires on my b3 and i noticed that it started up a bit better and reved a bit cleaner too, but i also had a higher powerd coil on it so with the stock coil i dont know if you would gain anything... but you may... but if yours are junk then it will make a diffrence
