I agree. Futures trading in oil and fuels is what's allowing the traders and oil companies to make their huge profits now, but in the end I believe the oil supply will not be able to keep up with demand unless there is a big shift in the energy sources that are used for private transportation. The end of the use of oil as an energy source for private transportation won't happen in my lifetime, but some of the young folks in the forum may live to see it.

This is getting to serious and depressing..let's forget about it and enjoy driving our Festivas.

Thats right and we loved it!! Chevelle SS 396- 375 HP and underated at that. That is one fine looking Chevy, I'll bet you had a great time terrrorizing your county in that Hot Rod. Did it have Blue buckets. Those look to be 14x10 creager's wraped with Mickey's, It was a great time to grow up. My first car was a 57 Chevy, 4 speed, 300 Hp 327, Quads, dual point, etc. 411 gears, straight axle up front and raised in the back. It wasn't worth a crap going around corners but watch out in a straight line.
An idea can turn to dust or magic, depending on the talent that rubs against it.
