Well tomorrow is another attempt to get her home. See what happens.

Was up at the yard and got my rack installed but now im trying to get the sway bar on. Is there a trick to getting it on with 1 person? I got it to go in the LCA on one side but I cant bend it enough to get it into the other side.

Use a floor jack, and leave everything loose until it's all installed, then tighten everything up.

Well she is almost ready to roll fellas! I got the sway bar on, the rack,and 1 spindle. I ran out of time today but tomorrow ill finish up the suspension and what not and throw some tires on it. I also need to hook the E-brake cable up. That will be my brakes when she gets towed home.

Once I get it here im going to get it up on jack stands and take everything back off. LMAO

Well today I will be bringing her home. Since the only truck we have has no bumper I believe the LX will be towing her home.

Got it home!





You guys would of laughed at how we towed it home with the LX. It was like a festiva 8 wheeler. Tied them bumper to bumper with a chain and took off. My shell didnt have any brakes at all and we didnt have any other way to slow it down besides letting the LX do the braking and pulling. For being a carbed festiva, the LX was like a tank. Just let out on the clutch and she was pulling. I freakin love these cars!

First thing on the to do list is the dinged up passengers side. Im going to make a build thread though before I get that worked out.
