I can't remember where but I remember reading or hearing a comment about a 6 footer having room to wear a tophat in our cars. Best part is that it isn't even an exaggeration. At 5'5" (so long as the moon's gravity gives me a little tug) I feel like I could damned near stand in it if the seat was out!

One of the things I thought was cool when I first bought a Festiva was I could reach across and touch the passenger side door from the drivers seat which is great for me because I am short and don't have a far reach.'90 LX

Dean and Sam used to get a lot of looks driving around in a Festiva. Both big guys over 6 foot. Never had a problem with space even when I was along.1992 Green GL - "It's not easy being green" - Kermit - RIP killed by a tree

Festivas are small on the outside, but roomy enough on the inside, and the simplicity keeps that room REAL!

There's more headroom in my Festy than in any other car I've ever driven, save for a late 90's s-10 that had about the same amount.
I can feel my hairs touch the roof in the Grand Prix occasionally where as the festy, I've got 5+ inches
