Looking forward to this! I love all the creativity on this site! I think I'm just going to build a defuser for the rear bumper, color match it to the car and call it good, maybe chop up the re-bar to save some weight.

Thanks Jeremy! I'm excited to drive it out to Madness5. Sometimes it's hard to find motivation to work on projects in the summer here in Phoenix, but meeting new people who are also excited about my car really helps. :p

Thanks! I'm going to post a build thread in a couple weeks. Until then you can check out my photo album, it's got updates of my progress, don't let the kitten scare you.

Advancedynamix, welcome. If you run out here from Mesa (I have a friend there, he says it's hot but nice), you'll probably be the farthest distance US member to attend a FM5 meet, but the boys from BC are coming this year as well! I'm glad to be going myself, and my wife is coming with me again this year, plus we're bringing friends! It truly is a unique experience to go to Madness. In my opinion, it is the epitome of all meets, and a great way to build lasting relationships. When you get a chance, ask about my Saturn experience last year! HAHA that damn squirrel... But anyway, welcome again, and I'll see you in October! Oh yeah. Bring folding chairs for you and yours.
                            In love with a MadScientist!:thumbright:

Hmm, squirrels from saturn? This meet gets more interesting with everything I hear! Lol! I'm doing my best to make it out, maybe I'll find a CA member or two who want to go as well and we can convoy! I'll have to post a roll call or something.
Thanks to all for the welcome to the group!
