There is a guy here that has wheels for a Mazda miata that are 14 inch tires and a 4x100 log pattern . Will these fit on my festiva with no modification? He's gotta sell them quick so of someone can help me with a answer that would be great .thanks

Only if you have done the Aspire swap from what ive read.. other than that i dont think so. Correct me if im wrong. -

the stock festiva bolt pattern is 4x114.3 im not sure of the offset though. when you do the "aspire" swap (taking the suspension system from a late 90's ford aspire and putting it on your festy) You will now have a bolt pattern of 4x100. Again i dont know the offset numbers but the aspire swap does two big things.
Gives you a better, larger selection of wheels.
Improves your braking and stability.
also lets face it, 12" tires are pretty much obsolete. upgrading wheel size may be a wise choice
