I tried to get the speed sensor off of that but they wouldnt remove it from the tranny

Yes, that was the same LX I got Festyboy's interior & hatch from. I got the rear bumper, side mouldings and seatbelts.

Did I mention it was sweaty, hot work?

I went to the yard today. They had a 91 that had cruise. It was a different brand but had the stalk. I grabbed it so maybe I can wire it in?
