They're assuming we don't have our favorite car anymore.
I dare say that if we:
1. Outlawed SUVs.
and
2. Put the Festiva back into production.

As for the wheels though.....I purchased a set of 95% (basically new) studded winter tires on those alloy wheels with 12" chains (also new) for $120!
I tried out the chains the other day and was plowing snow out of the way with no issues! It was so much fun!
