Notice their use of the past tense:

"How long DID you own it? Where DID you drive it? "

They're assuming we don't have our favorite car anymore.

I dare say that if we:
        1. Outlawed SUVs.
        and
        2. Put the Festiva back into production.
then we wouldn't need to import any more oil and could shut down all offshore drilling operations.

I am going to post my favorite car is a Fiesta and post a pic of a Festiva, so as to confuse the last few people who know the difference.

I think we could indeed get the Festiva in the top 5 if we get a few more people to go and post their stories......It only takes 3 minutes!

I nominated my Ranger, I don't have enough wheel time in the festiva to name it my best car

D - Nice writeup, nice Festiva. But, how on earth did they build one with alloy wheels and no RH mirror?

R86 - I love my ('97) Ranger, too. It drives like my Packard. But I don't drive it nearly as much as the Festiva.

Remember things are different here in Canada than in the USA, and I actually have a 91' LX, where in the USA, it would be a 91' GL......

As for the wheels though.....I purchased a set of 95% (basically new) studded winter tires on those alloy wheels with 12" chains (also new) for $120!

I tried out the chains the other day and was plowing snow out of the way with no issues! It was so much fun!
